Join us for a Members Long Lunch on Saturday August 24th, celebrating budburst for the 2025 vintage.
 
The day will commence with a special guided winery tour with Chief Winemaker Xanthe Hatcher, going behind the scenes and seeing firsthand how we create your favourite Pooles Rock wines. Get in-depth insights into the wine-making process and be the first to sample premium wines straight from vats and french oak barrels.
Following the winery tour, we'll head back to the cellar door and enjoy an exclusive four course lunch prepared by Hunters Quarter, specially curated to a selection of Pooles Rock's best wines.
