You and your guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine to the prestigious Pooles Rock Cellar Door before taking a leisurely stroll past the historic 'Post Office' Block Shiraz vineyard as you head towards our winery.

Inside the winery, explore our wine laboratory and enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes tasting of our latest, most exquisite wines in the intimate ambiance of our barrel room. Your tasting will be accompanied by a locally sourced cheese board.

Following we will elevate your experience further, starting with a cocktail and amuse bouche to begin a sumptuous 3-course private lunch hosted in our cellar door and catered by the hatted restaurant, Hunters Quarter. Indulge in a culinary journey featuring locally sourced ingredients, perfectly paired with our premium wines, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and aromas. Our cellar door will be closed to the public during your experience.

Each guest will receive a personalised wine gift to ensure the memories created last until your next visit.

This experience is for up to 8 guests with options to increase up to 12 guests. The experience exclusivity is from 10.30am to 3pm. after which time the cellar door will re-open to the public.
